Update on Life

Though it's late (1 am) and I'm tired, I feel as if I should update on my extraordinarily eventful day.

Bank 3:20
Opened my own checking account (finally) and it only took 10 minutes. That was very great service. Got starter check kit and was on my way.

Dr. Appt: 4:30
Doctor just went over the ultrasound results quickly. We used the heartbeat monitor and detected baby's heartbeat at around 150 bpm. This is good. The appt went quick so that the nurses could close up and leave around 5:00. Made an appt for another month from now.

Went to Target (5:30ish) so I could bring my baby registry in to receive my free $20 Target gift card (awesome promotion I got through the mail) and receive my baby registry gift tote (another awesome promotion) which included diaper samples and loads of coupons. I recommend registering at Target so you can get the gift tote. It will come in very handy. I also got some new clothes because my old jeans are getting too tight. Went well except they wouldn't accept my starter check so Jon had to write the check. (To which I wrote an equivalent check to him because his account had no $$ in it)

Went to CUB Foods (sometime later) to get flowers and a helium balloon for grandma's birthday. THEY accepted my darn check because THEY are so darn nice.

Grandma's birthday party. (8:00) Went well, Mom made salmon for the meal so it was lucky I ate in town because I do NOT eat fish. Especially being pregnant. We had cake and ice cream. Hugs for Grandma and bye bye.

It's now very, very late and it's time for this Little Momma to go to bed because I must wake up in the morning to go to the bank and order more checks. (Yes, I'm stupid for not doing it today)
